Windsor & Newton were established in London in 1832. By 1841 they had been granted a Royal warrant by Queen Victoria. Today, to qualify for a warrant, businesses have to prove they have good environmental practices. W & N owes its reputation to its supreme quality.

About the Black Colours
Ivory Black - Is a brown black.
Mars Black - Is a more neutral denser, stronger tint.
Lamp Black - Is a blue black.
Davy's Grey - Tones down colours without the dirty effect.
Graphite Grey - Is not made from Black & white. It is useful as above.
Paynes Grey - Is a dark blue grey.
